Sunday, June 28 | Afternoon Session at AperitivoRosewood is a multi-generational family winery on the Beamsville Bench, built on ninety years of Niagara beekeeping and twenty years of low-intervention winemaking. The wines are wild-fermented, minimal-input, and built to taste like the vintage that made them — without asking you to think too hard about it.
We'll be pouring three wines that show off the range.
• The Experience: A casual patio session — three pours, a bite, and the World Cup playing in the background.
• The Focus: Easy-drinking, food-friendly, and exactly what summer wine is supposed to be.
